EAS invited to provide master planning and architectural design for residential community located in Al Madinah Al Munawarah, KSA on 695,886.31 sq.m plot area with total built up area of 267,643.00 sq.m.

The project is fully integrated community as it has 407 separate villa and 820 semi-attached villa with private gardens as well as facilities including 3 mosques, 4 schools, nursery, commercial center, health center, cultural center and crafts development center.

The community provides active and luxury living with access to central park which includes gardens and playgrounds. The open and green area is exceeded 60% of total plot area.
